This is a new construction house (4BR/4.5 BA) located in Peninsula Point North that will be all brick/stone exterior. Sharon & Mike Blasiak are planning their retirement home here in Oconee county. The house should be ready by middle of 2019. The Blasiak’s really like the layout of another house SHB just built for another client. We took those plans and modify them to fit the their needs and more importantly their lot.
