Wendy & Louis Hapeshis are building their retirement home in Clemson/Central (Mill Creek Farms). They decided on the Frank Betz “Ansonborough” plan for their Farm House style house. This horse farm development has large tracts of parcels (14 ac). They are working on adding a swimming pool for their kids and should turn out to be a great house and setting once completed.
